Green Griffith Recognized for Resilience During Pandemic by Law360

Green Griffith was one of seven IP firms noted by Law360 for remarkable results this year.

Looking back on 2020, we at Green, Griffith & Borg-Breen are proud of the strength and resiliency demonstrated by the firm and by all of our attorneys throughout this uncertain time. The firm’s success was recently recognized in the Law360 article, “How 7 IP Firms Weathered The COVID-19 Pandemic.”

The article checks in with seven intellectual property firms, ranging in size from only a handful of attorneys to several hundred, to see how they have weathered the COVID-19 pandemic.

Co-founding partner Caryn Borg-Breen spoke to Law360 about Green Griffith’s 2020 performance. “We haven’t let anyone go,” she said. “We held back a bit on some bonuses early on, but we’ve since fulfilled those. We’re doing raises. We’re doing all the things we normally would have done.”

Despite the turbulence created by COVID-19, Green Griffith has continued to grow by taking on new clients, including one seeking patent protection for diagnostic and therapeutic inventions related to COVID-19.

Green Griffith is thankful to be able to continue providing our clients with high-quality service throughout the pandemic, and we are looking forward to the opportunities that 2021 will bring.
