Green Griffith, Six Partners Recognized in IAM Patent 1000

The firm and six partners were recognized for IP litigation in the 2020 edition of the IAM Patent 1000.

Green, Griffith & Borg-Breen is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as one of the top IP litigation firms in Illinois in the 2020 edition of the IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals. In addition to the firm’s move up to Silver Band ranking, six Green Griffith partners were named to the directory this year.

Partners Robert Green, Christopher Griffith, Caryn Borg-Breen and Jeffrey Ward were all recognized in litigation again this year. Partners Emer Simic and Wendy Ward now join them; they were added to the directory’s litigation section this year – for the first time.

The IAM Patent 1000 is a directory of firms and individuals that offer “outstanding” services in intellectual property law. The directory lists firms and practitioners that receive positive feedback from peers and clients through a series of interviews with attorneys and in-house counsel. Firms qualify for a listing on the basis of their depth of expertise, market presence and the level of work in which they are engaged.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by our clients and peers in this year’s IAM Patent 1000 and we are especially proud to have Emer and Wendy join four other partners already recognized for the quality of their litigation work. We aspire to excellence in all we do and this is a great validation of that effort,” founding partner Caryn Borg-Breen said.
